Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.
Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.
Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.
Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs - Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc.
Excellent command on English and Hindi must.
Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
