Annual Appraisal: - Follow up with employees for their G&O and Self appraisal submission and L1 & L2
• Confirmatory Appraisal: - 100% closure month on month basis, regular follow up with employees for
G&O’s/Self appraisal and L1/L2 closure.
• Attrition Report: - Making attrition report for accounts.
• Goals & Objectives: - Regular follow ups with employees and new joinees to upload their G&O’s.
• To resolve salary related queries from employees. Briefing about salary breakup.
• LSA Completion: - Timely initiation of 5-year completion feedback from employee and citations from
On time publishing of 5 years mailer.
• Retainers/Contractual Agreement: - Quarterly renewing retainer’s agreement basis talent review planning.
• Employee Database: - collating & maintaining employee database & attrition details.
• Induction: - Conduct induction sessions for project joinees.
• Internship Request/NOC Letters: - Issuing training initiation & completion letters for interns. Providing NOC
certificates to employees as per requirements.
• One on One: - Doing one on one’s for middle level employees.
• Skip / NMA: - Done SKIPs / NMAs for team leads & below employees, having reportees more than 4.
• Client Site Visits: - Visit to customer locations and meet employees to understand their issues, concerns,
aspirations and take action accordingly.
•System Issues: - Employee’s Primary Supervisor/Project Supervisor, HR tagging change, Confirmatory
appraisal status, Key Competencies updation of employees.
• Shift Allowance: - Collate shift inputs from employees for their pending and late submitted and approved
shift allowances and share with payroll to process with monthly payout. Providing awareness on cutoff date
for shift claim submission and approval.
